The Avaya 5621SW IP Telephone is cost effective and provides a large screen (7 line x 24 character) graphical backlit display. In addition to the 10 fixed common feature buttons there are 24 programmable paperless feature key buttons. The Avaya 562SW IP Telephone includes a call log, speed dial, and Web browser. The Avaya 5621SW IP Telephone firmware is upgradeable and is both headset and hearing aid compatible, and includes a two-way speakerphone. The Avaya 5621SW IP Telephone supports one EU24 expansion module interfaces. The Avaya 5621SW IP Telephone also supports Unicode and AES Encryption.

Plantronics Headset
The Avaya 5621SW IP phone requires a Plantronics HIC1 Lead to work with a Plantronics H-Series Headset.

GN Netcom Headset
The Avaya 5621SW IP phone requires a GN Netcom Jabra 1200 Smart Connection Lead to work with a GN Netcom Headset.

Note:

The Avaya 5621SW IP is compatible with all Avaya IP Office 403, 406v2, and 412 processors running software version 3.0, and is not suitable for home use.
The Avaya 5621SW IP requires a separate power supply, using either a Avaya 1151D1 or 1151D2 power supply unit and power cord or a 802.3af Power over Ethernet (PoE) source.
