We sell a full range of VoIP phones and SIP phones that are compatible with SIP enabled VoIP services. These include Aastra and Polycom IP phones as well a full range of other brands.

In additional we have a full range of USB headsets for use with VoIP and SIP platforms. These include Plantronics USB headsets, and GN Jabra USB headsets, as well as other brands.

VoIP Telephones

VoIP phones connect to your Broadband (ADSL) via a router using a standard RJ45 connection. They can also connect via the USB port on your PC, which in turn needs to be on your broadband connection. This, in conjunction with the subscription to the services of a VoIP provider (or Skype, or similar) , allows the user to make calls and benefit from the savings and enhanced features associated with VoIP telephony.

VoIP Headsets

VoIP headsets are telephone headsets that can be used in conjunction with VoIP phones or PCs. They connect into the handset or headset socket of the VoIP phone, or USB headsets connect directly to your PC vis the USB port.

VoIP Accessories

The VoIP accessories allow products that you would not normally associate with IP to work with and benefit from IP. These include adaptors and connection leads.

IP PBX System Phones

If you have a PBX with VoIP, or IP extensions, you will normally require the dedicated IP PBX phone, or range of phones that are made for that system. These phones are all IP phones that are system specific they will not work on a basic VoIP or IP connection. Please make sure that you have the correct system and that you have an IP extension before ordering or contact us if you are unsure.

IP PBX Equipment

Traditional PBX phone systems are replacing their analogue (PSTN) lines (trunks) and digital channels (ISDN2E & ISDN30E) with IP (Internet Protocol) telephony. This will enable the user to make calls over the internet, via their LAN (local area / office network) using VoIP (Voice over IP). All this is ultimately through their broadband connection (ADSL or SDSL).

In order to migrate these systems to the newer technology, they will require new hardware. In some cases it may be a keycode, in others it will involve a new card or cassette to upgrade. This equipment is manufacturer specific.

A whole spectrum of these products are available to fulfil the requirements of most systems from all the major manufacturers.
